Responsibilities
Strengthens customer relationships and enhances the customer experience by providing dedicated support and issue resolution
Collaborates closely with Customer Support Teams (CST), National Sales, and Local Sales
Builds and maintains relationships with new and existing accounts, focusing on resolving "last mile" issues
Ensures timely and accurate product delivery
Liaises with the local contract sales organization to implement best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
5+ years of experience
Expertise in customer service management
Strong organizational and project management skills
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
