About the role

  • Senior Analyst in Account Management enhancing customer relationships at Sysco. Collaborating with sales teams for effective service delivery and focusing on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthens customer relationships and enhances the customer experience by providing dedicated support and issue resolution
  • Collaborates closely with Customer Support Teams (CST), National Sales, and Local Sales
  • Builds and maintains relationships with new and existing accounts, focusing on resolving "last mile" issues
  • Ensures timely and accurate product delivery
  • Liaises with the local contract sales organization to implement best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Expertise in customer service management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
