Sales Account Manager for Typar® responsible for business opportunities and customer relationships in Central Europe. Collaborating with various teams to drive growth and sales in competitive markets.
Responsibilities
Identify and promote new business/application opportunities
Co-work on plans to support growth in existing and new industry segments
Develop sustainable relationships with strategic OEM converters, distribution partners, retail partners and end users
Initiate tests and developments in cooperation with customers and end users.
Sell a quality product and service profitably in a very competitive market environment
Be on top of sales performance and maintain updated demand outlook and forecast
Cooperate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Technical Service, Customer Service, Sales Support
Acquire market acumen to provide intel and market overview
Organize and lead sales and application seminars at selected customers and end users
Operate digital applications such as SFDC, SAP-BW, Power-BI and other databases to efficiently overview and track relevant information
Requirements
Several years of sales experience ideally in markets of nonwovens, serving geo-textiles, landscaping, filtration and/or reinforcement applications or adjacent to those
BA in Business Administration, BA in Engineering, or related technical fields
Strong language proficiency in preferably Polish or Russian. High proficiency in English is needed, additional languages will be an asset.
A technical background in the target applications will be highly valued
Showing strong talent to listen carefully, to negotiate and to network.
Ability to communicate with impact.
Excellence in being self-driven and organized.
Team Player capabilities within an international and diverse team.
Able to cope with a very competitive environment and the international nature of the business and customer base.
At ease with digital tools, familiar with MS Office applications
Clean Drivers License and no constraints to travel by any type of means.
