  • VP, HR Business Partner Lead activating talent strategy aligned with Syneos Health business needs. Engaging leaders, advising on people matters, and building HR competencies globally.

Responsibilities

  • Activate and execute talent strategy aligned to business strategy
  • Engage executives to understand talent needs
  • Lead the HR Business Partner team
  • Advise on people matters and change management
  • Partner with HR to deploy talent programs
  • Build and lead a global team of HR business partners
  • Conduct learning needs assessments and promote development resources
  • Partner with Finance for rewards strategy and salary planning

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 Year / bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree/MBA a plus
  • Broad business acumen and analytic capabilities
  • Proven track record in navigating through complex organizations
  • Success working in a complex, global environment
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
  • Executive presence/ability to influence executive leaders
