About the role

  • HR Coordinator handling employee life cycle responsibilities including recruiting and payroll support at WR Immigration. Assisting in performance reviews and maintaining HR data with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Support firm-wide year-end performance review process.
  • Monitor 90-day evaluations for new hires.
  • Perform a variety of payroll-related tasks, such as adjusting employee pay rate following promotions/raises and monitoring benefits reports on a monthly basis.
  • Provides administrative support throughout the recruiting process.
  • Completes regular audits of HR-related data.
  • Assists with the maintenance of HR platforms and intranet.
  • Supports associates and managers with routine, daily Human Resources questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 2-4 years of general HR experience required
  • Experience in law and/or business immigration preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven organization and time management capabilities
  • Ability to successfully navigate multiple shifting priorities at any given time
