Responsibilities

Oversee FMLA/ADA claims, Workers' Compensation, and leave administration.
Administer all benefit plans including 401(k), medical, and dental.
Manage the full termination process including documentation, separation agreements, and final paychecks.
Support seasonal hiring ramps, temp-to-hire programs, and staffing agency partnerships.
Partner with Safety and Operations to build a culture of safety and reduce turnover in a high-tech facility.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of HR experience, ideally in distribution, warehouse, or logistics; experience in an automated or AI-driven facility is a strong plus
5+ years in a supervisory HR role supporting a large hourly workforce
Working knowledge of Nevada Labor Law
Experience managing high-volume recruiting and onboarding for operational roles
Familiarity with OSHA, workers' compensation, and leave administration
PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required
Strong communication skills across all levels, from floor associates to senior leadership
Enthusiasm for technology and innovation in a fast-moving environment
