Responsibilities
Support managers on human and organizational issues: handling individual situations, advising on employment law, and providing decision-making support
Lead recruitment, internal mobility and onboarding processes
Ensure the reliability of HR data provided to payroll
Contribute to the preparation of governance bodies and participate in the CSSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee)
Manage, lead and develop a team composed of two HR officers and one HR manager (RRH)
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or Employment Law
Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in a generalist HR role, ideally in a multi-site environment
Strong command of employment law fundamentals
Proven experience in managing HR teams
Ability to perform in a demanding environment, working closely with operational management
