About the role

  • HR Intern supporting operational and analytical HR tasks for Sonova. Contributing to recruitment, employee support, and HR projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operational HR support
  • Support in the day-to-day HR management of multiple legal entities
  • First-level employee advice on personnel administration matters
  • Support for payroll-related activities and ensuring HR data accuracy
  • Extraction and analysis of data from the HRIS and Excel
  • Contribution to preparatory work for the salary review
  • Contribution to projects related to pay transparency
  • Coordination of recruitment with managers and external partners
  • Management and validation of recruitment data in the HRIS
  • Support for the deployment of new employee support initiatives
  • Participation in a psychosocial risk (RPS) analysis project
  • Assistance with the organization of employee representative elections
  • Regular interactions with Group HR teams.

Requirements

  • Final-year Master’s student (M2) in Human Resources
  • Strong interest in organizational dynamics and HR transformations
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel required; HRIS experience appreciated)
  • Ability to switch from operational topics to broader analytical work
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills and autonomy
  • Good level of English required.
