Responsibilities
You contribute both conceptually and technically to the implementation of a variety of HR development processes, e.g., in potential and talent management.
You will also support the development and design of multimedia formats for internal communications, including presentations, reports, dashboards, AI-supported video clips, training materials, manuals and newsletters.
Furthermore, you will take part in exciting agile projects and cross‑disciplinary coordination, working closely with the IT team.
You will also support day-to-day activities and, from day one, gain valuable insights into national and international HR and leadership development processes.
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program in Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a comparable field of study.
Ideally, initial experience in designing and producing communication content in various formats.
First practical experience in HR — including in an international setting — is an advantage.
Analytical thinking, motivation for conceptual and proactive support, and creativity in developing communication content.
Enjoy working with digital processes and modern IT tools, and be proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
