About the role

  • National Sales Manager managing sales targets for healthcare solutions at Solventum. Leading strategic direction and identifying market opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Determines directions, priorities and assigns resources with full accountability for results of functional area.
  • Responsible for managing sales targets for assigned customers/area(s)/product line(s) within the sales function, including contract sales, field sales, inside sales, sales support, sales reporting, business intelligence, sales analytics, variable incentive compensation, customer relationship management, territory planning/mapping/ forecasting, sales prospecting, sales rep issue resolution, sales inquiries, sample order among others.
  • Identifies and defines market/product opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 5 years of Experience as a Sales Manager in Medical Devices and/or Healthcare environments
  • Intermediate English level
