Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
- Conduct workshops to gather and analyse business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools (e.g., Flow)
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and development
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and admins
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high-quality delivery
- Support UAT, training, and change management activities
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant (5+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
- Experience with industry clouds e.g. Financial Services Cloud is desirable
- Experience with declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes
- Excellent understanding of CRM processes and business operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) highly desirable
