Responsibilities
Grow Saltz.App’s presence in your city!
Identify new hospitality businesses, meet chefs and managers, explain the app, and support them with their orders — from cozy lunch spots to Michelin-starred kitchens.
You will spend most of your time in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens.
Your mission: introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely makes their daily work easier.
You will conduct approximately 10–15 appointments per week and are responsible for consistent follow-up.
You plan your week independently (with support if needed) and work to meet or exceed your targets.
You present live demos of the Saltz app to chefs directly in their work environment.
You use our CRM system (don’t worry, we’ll train you!) and other tools to document your progress and provide transparency to the team.
Requirements
Whether you’ve worked in a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge — you understand the fast-paced world of hospitality. Career changers are welcome!
Some experience in sales or customer-facing part-time roles is a strong plus.
You enjoy being on the move, entering kitchens, and building personal relationships with chefs and managers.
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
You can conduct conversations confidently, listen actively, solve problems, and present yourself professionally.
Bonus: fluency in additional languages besides German or English.
