Responsibilities
Work on delivery of SuccessFactors Core HR modules, while also supporting digital tools and workflows across Facilities, Communications, and Legal domains ensuring operational alignment, system optimization, and a consistent user experience.
Act as a bridge between functional teams and technical solutions.
Contribute to the design, configuration, and delivery of SuccessFactors HR modules and have a positive impact on the Solvay HR landscape.
Responsible for Business Analysis & Solution Design, Strategic Collaboration & Continuous Improvement, Stakeholder Support & Communication, and optimizing IT delivery processes transversally to the different teams.
Requirements
Relevant education degree or equivalent in IT or Human Resources.
Relevant work experience in enhancing employee experience through HR systems and cross-functional solutions and/or Project Management in SuccessFactors Core HR Modules.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification required.
Additional certifications are a plus.
Experience with project management and SuccessFactors implementation / enhancements.
Proficiency with Integration Center and integration technologies.
Strong background in designing, configuring, and deploying HR processes in SuccessFactors.
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
