About the role

  • HR Business Partner supporting mid-level leadership and managing people management initiatives at SoftExpert. Operationalizing evaluations, talent mapping, and climate indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR interface for mid-level managers (team leaders);
  • Map demands, climate signals and team needs and report them to the Senior HR Business Partner in a structured manner;
  • Support managers in day-to-day people management: feedback, conflict resolution, personnel movements and communications;
  • Apply and promote people management practices and policies with leadership;
  • Support managers in creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and in following up on their development;
  • Collect information from managers and consolidate the database for talent-mapping processes;
  • Support the identification of critical talent and key people, structuring the initial list for review by the Senior HR Business Partner;
  • Monitor signals that indicate a risk of employee turnover;
  • Collect, consolidate and organize the main human capital metrics on a monthly basis;
  • Support the creation of people analytics and dashboards;
  • Support the logistics of assessment processes and provide operational feedback when indicated by the Senior HR Business Partner;
  • Support tactical employer branding activities: internal content, events and employer brand metrics.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Experience with Organizational and Human Development initiatives (e.g., leadership development);
  • Knowledge of HR metrics;
  • Advanced Spanish;
  • Intermediate to advanced English;
  • Previous experience in an HR Business Partner role;
  • Professional experience in multicultural environments.
