Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant – HR & IT Operations to support day-to-day operational execution across both people and technology functions.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes while also managing core IT coordination tasks such as access provisioning, systems administration, and equipment logistics.
The ideal candidate is process-driven, tech-savvy, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Approximately 60% of the role will focus on IT operations and 40% on HR support.
**Key Responsabilities **
**IT Operations (60%)**
Set up new hire laptops remotely.
Manage **user account provisioning and deprovisioning** across internal systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, ATS, HRIS, SaaS tools)
Maintain and audit **access controls and permissions**, ensuring security and compliance
HR Internship at BAM contributing to strategic personnel planning and providing HR advice to managers. Collaborating with HR Business Partners and working on various projects across locations.
HR Business Partner aligning HR strategies with business goals at Instructure. Advising on talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Senior HR Analyst at Afya mapping employee journeys and improving engagement. Collaborating with leadership on initiatives to enhance workplace experience and belonging.
Site Lead managing operational support for Electronic Health Record deployment throughout Veterans Affairs hospitals. Overseeing multiple phases of project deployment and stakeholder collaborations.
