• Source aircraft availability from the charter market and coordinate with Fleet Sales on global fleet pricing.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Fleet Sales, Fleet Planning, Client Services, Sales, and Operational teams - to respond to aircraft requests and coordinate follow-ups.

• Acts as the primary administrator and lead for safety assurance software programs that support the Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) and Flight Data Management (FDM) program
• Integrates safety assurance data into analysis software for visualization
• Utilizes safety assurance trend analysis to provide data-driven insights to Safety, Flight, and Training departments
• Review, process, and add taxonomy to safety reports and/or events for ASAP and FDM programs
