Responsibilities

  • Compensation expense planning and forecasting, coordinating monthly bonus accrual
  • Facilitate year-end salary and bonus processes

  • Collaborate with various partners including Finance and Payroll

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to develop analytics from multiple data streams and communicate insights clearly
  • Interest in learning new systems and technologies
