About the role

  • HR Operations & Process Manager at OPUS and someday, focusing on People process development. Drive digital transformation and improve HR operations in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for further development, standardization and optimization of operational People processes
  • Identification and implementation of automation and digitization potentials (e.g., self-services, chatbots, AI applications)
  • Hands-on work and continuous improvement of People tools (e.g., Personio)
  • Support in expanding HR reporting
  • Close collaboration with payroll and other relevant interfaces
  • Implementation of People projects
  • Functional coordination and further development of the People Experience team
  • Promoting an open, learning-oriented and innovative team culture

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in operational and administrative HR
  • Experience in optimizing HR processes and working with HR tools
  • Enthusiasm for digitization, structured working methods and pragmatic solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Openness to change and willingness to implement initiatives personally
