Responsibilities
Act in a consultative manner—drawing on strong knowledge and experience in corporate learning and adult learning methodologies—in partnership with different business areas, creating and implementing targeted learning solutions that contribute to the development and practical results of leaders and employees.
Serve as a reference in the area, applying best practices, trends and learning methodologies, sharing knowledge, and connecting solutions to business needs while considering the complexity of Sicredi’s current and future context.
Act as a change agent and influence transformation, pursuing continuous learning and alignment with market trends, artificial intelligence and People & Culture practices to advance Organizational Learning through innovative, high‑impact initiatives for the business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy or related fields.
MBA or specialization in areas that support the role is desirable.
Essential: solid experience and a proven track record delivering relevant Corporate Learning projects, metrics, experience design and adult learning methodologies (6Ds, Learning Arcs, active learning methodologies, training effectiveness evaluation models), scripting/storyboarding and event management, and formal and informal learning strategies.
