Responsibilities
Act in a consultative capacity—building on strong knowledge and experience in corporate learning and adult learning methodologies—in partnership with different business areas to design and implement targeted learning solutions that contribute to the development and practical results of leaders and employees.
Serve as a reference in the area, applying best practices, trends and learning methodologies, sharing knowledge, and connecting solutions to business needs while considering the complexity of Sicredi’s current and future context.
Act as a change agent and influence transformation, pursuing continuous updating and alignment with market trends, artificial intelligence, and People & Culture practices to develop Organizational Learning through innovative, high-impact actions for the business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Education/Pedagogy, or related fields.
MBA or postgraduate specialization in areas that support the role is desirable.
Essential: solid experience delivering significant Corporate Learning projects, including metrics, experience design and adult learning methodologies (6Ds, Learning Arcs, active learning methodologies, models for evaluating training effectiveness), storyboarding/script development and event management, and strategies for formal and informal learning.
