About the role
- Auditing and analyzing employee data quality for PayPal operations, ensuring data integrity and process adherence while supporting ongoing projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- audit, analyze, and maintain the overall quality of data in various systems related to employee personal and work information
- develop and maintain process documentation and execute complex transactional work
- support/lead ongoing projects and initiatives, and liaise with business leaders, COEs, HRBPs, and vendors to support organizational changes and reporting
- ensure consistency and accuracy of employee data and adherence to processes and technology
- drive process and technology efficiencies and best practices for data integrity
- interpret reports and spreadsheets, identifying data integrity issues
- mitigate data discrepancies and minimize redundant process steps through continuous improvements.
