About the role

  • Sales Manager maintaining customer relationships in the automotive sector for SEEBURGER. Supporting sales projects and pitching IT solutions on site at customers' premises.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships within your sales territory, with a focus on the automotive sector.
  • Provide full support for sales customer projects—from initial contact through to successful completion.
  • Present and pitch our IT solutions on-site at customer locations to represent the company and our portfolio effectively.
  • Advise and support customers on their digitalization journey to develop tailored solutions and optimize business processes.

Requirements

  • Sales experience, ideally with software or hardware solutions.
  • Ability to leverage your personality and skills to develop and retain customers over the long term.
  • Proven ability to present our products and solutions convincingly and succinctly together with our presales colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Patience and persistence to achieve success even in complex sales situations.
