About the role

  • Head of Sales leading the German sales team at Rite-Hite. Responsible for sales strategy, team development, and achieving revenue growth targets in the intralogistics sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and enable the German sales team
  • Ownership of revenue, growth and performance targets
  • Develop and implement the market-specific sales strategy
  • Establish and expand strategic key accounts
  • Professional performance and sales management: KPIs, forecasting, pipeline transparency
  • Ensure efficient sales processes and continuously optimize ways of working
  • Prepare sales and cost-center budgets and manage performance based on data

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B sales of capital goods, technical solutions, or industrial systems
  • Proven leadership experience in sales
  • Track record of successfully positioning technical premium solutions in the German industrial market
  • Solid expertise in Sales Operations (KPIs, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM)
  • Strong digital sales affinity and confident use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics)
  • Technical and commercial understanding of complex solutions
  • Fluent German and English
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results orientation, resilience and confident handling of change
