About the role

  • Sales Manager developing the sales strategy at ainavio GmbH, providing AI-based SaaS solutions for retail. Managing entire sales cycle and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Shape, don't just follow: Actively contribute to building the sales function and play a central role in developing our sales strategy
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting, qualification and proposal creation to contract closing and post-sale relationship management
  • Customer focus: Understand our customers' needs and pain points in detail
  • Pipeline & performance management: Build and maintain the sales pipeline, monitor relevant KPIs, create forecasts, analyze results and report to executive management

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales for SMEs, ideally in software/SaaS sales
  • Strong communication skills: You convince on the phone, by email and in person through confident presence and enthusiasm
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Proactive, solution-oriented and able to identify customer needs
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
