About the role

  • Sales Manager B2B responsible for the entire sales process at StraightAds Marketing. Active customer acquisition and maintaining sales pipeline with a focus on agency services.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire sales process – from initial outreach to closing.
  • Active new business acquisition
  • Lead qualification and needs assessment
  • Conducting consultative and closing meetings
  • Independently closing consulting and agency services (strategy/concept, retainers & projects)
  • Handling inbound leads and managing your own outbound pipeline
  • Maintaining and managing your sales pipeline in the CRM
  • Close coordination with management & marketing

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in an agency environment
  • Confidence in conducting consultative meetings and closing deals
  • Strong results orientation combined with professional, consultative selling
  • Understanding of online marketing, SEO, performance ads, etc.
  • Structured, independent working style
  • Very good German language skills
  • CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus
