Responsibilities
You are responsible for the entire sales process – from initial outreach to closing.
Active new business acquisition
Lead qualification and needs assessment
Conducting consultative and closing meetings
Independently closing consulting and agency services (strategy/concept, retainers & projects)
Handling inbound leads and managing your own outbound pipeline
Maintaining and managing your sales pipeline in the CRM
Close coordination with management & marketing
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in an agency environment
Confidence in conducting consultative meetings and closing deals
Strong results orientation combined with professional, consultative selling
Understanding of online marketing, SEO, performance ads, etc.
Structured, independent working style
Very good German language skills
CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus
