Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support to the HR function across various process areas
Managing general data maintenance in HR systems
Preparing and maintaining comprehensive process documentation
Participating in transition, optimization and implementation projects
Managing and fostering effective relationships with stakeholders
Taking ownership of process improvement initiatives
Performing other ad hoc HR administration tasks and following supervisor's instructions
Requirements
Completed studies or comparable qualifications in Human Resources area or related field
Few years of professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR or Shared Service Center environment
Fluency in both German and English with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
Good command of the Polish language (min. B1 level)
Strong MS Office skills (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with tools and applications such as SAP HR, Success Factors, ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
Strong organizational skills, including communication, stakeholder management, and customer orientation
Flexibility and openness to change, with proactive approach to adapting processes and workflows
Capability to work independently with willingness to learn from others
