Research legal bases and agreements.
Take part in projects to promote health awareness among employees and trainees.
Perform regular analyses of various HR metrics.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Health Management, Law/Labor Law, Business Informatics, Psychology or a comparable field of study.
Confident user of MS Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Business-fluent German and good command of English.
