About the role

  • HR Delivery Specialist providing technical support to HR software users in a global company. Involves maintaining data, preparing reports, and improving processes in HR software.

Responsibilities

  • Providing general and technical support to HR software users (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management, Korn Ferry, Strengthscope) via remote channels such as e-mail, ticketing systems, and MS Teams.
  • Maintaining general data within HR systems.
  • Preparing HR reports using SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office 365.
  • Developing and maintaining process documentation.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for the competence center and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting colleagues through process guidance and training.
  • Participating in transition or implementation projects.
  • Identifying issues and consulting on alternative solutions with process owners and relevant stakeholders.
  • Acting as a point of contact for complex or escalated cases.
  • Driving process improvement initiatives.
  • Performing other ad hoc HR administration tasks.

Requirements

  • Completed studies or comparable qualifications in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Few years of professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR and/or Shared Service Center environment, or in technical support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge and experience in usage of ERP systems (such as SAP or Workday) or willingness to become familiar with new tools.
  • Fluency in Polish with a minimum of C1 level proficiency.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level).
  • Knowledge of German is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of information with accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management and customer orientation.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Focused on high quality and continuous improvement with attention to detail.
