Responsibilities
- Lead and further develop a highly motivated and committed HR Business Partner team
- Coordinate HR Business Partners at regional level during the personnel cost planning and forecasting process
- Resolve complex issues in close collaboration with the HR Business Partners
- Manage the regional rollout of HR strategies and programs
- Serve as the interface between HR Business Partners and other functional leaders on knowledge-based topics
- Support the definition and implementation of a function-wide KWS strategy and strategic priorities
- Assist with the introduction and monitoring of function-wide KWS policies and standards
- Ensure appropriate representation in local/regional bodies through the HR Business Partners
- Execute improvement projects and allocate the necessary resources
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Law, or a related field
- Several years of successful leadership experience
- Extensive professional experience in management and HR within a globally operating industrial environment
- Solid knowledge of Human Resources and labor relations, ideally with international experience
- Excellent customer focus and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong analytical skills, strategic understanding, and a problem-solving mentality
- Proven stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills with a high degree of diplomacy
- Very good communication skills; fluent in English (spoken and written)
- High mobility and flexibility (40%+ of the time)
