HR Business Partner supporting strategic HR programs and talent management at OXXO Brazil. Integrating organizational development and performance management within an evolving retail ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic and tactical Human Resources support and programs for employees and managers, working with Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion across areas such as organizational design, culture programs, onboarding, training and development, career planning, performance management, and compensation review.
Lead monthly metrics meetings, providing business areas with visibility into their performance relative to HR.
Analyze and support managers with internal mobility requests: assess employee fit, headcount (HC) budget for service areas, and organizational structure.
Conduct offboarding analyses (cost, business impact, stability, and finalization of offboarding dates).
Offboarding (exit interviews).
Monitor the opening of new positions and approvals in the Gupy system.
Serve internal stakeholders—leaders at tactical and strategic levels—acting as an internal communication agent.
Monthly People Development meeting: monitor the people cycle—calibrations / feedback / Individual Development Plan (IDP) / talent and succession / follow-up of key leaders for the business.
Support and advise leaders in managing the employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, engagement, development, recognition, offboarding) to ensure it is engaging and consistent.
Support Employer Branding (EB) and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives.
Ensure compliance with people management processes and policies, and propose improvements to these routines.
Requirements
Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
Education: Bachelor's degree.
