About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders, connecting the People agenda to business priorities and driving organizational performance.
  • Responsible for translating strategy into people plans, leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession, and culture initiatives.
  • Support critical decisions on structure, movements, and sensitive situations (retention, terminations, restructurings), ensuring a humane and results-oriented approach.
  • Monitor people metrics and generate insights to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Prepare analytical reports and people dashboards to support area decisions.
  • Monitor the monthly personnel budget, conducting critical analyses and projections to inform financial decisions.
  • Design and execute the people work plan.
  • Serve as the HR point of contact, resolving general requests and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as an HRBP in complex environments with interaction with senior leadership.
  • Soft skills: Ability to influence without formal authority, systemic thinking, executive communication, courage for difficult conversations, and a strong results orientation.
  • Technical skills: People analytics, performance and change management, organizational design.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. MBA in People Management or Business is desirable.
  • Languages: English is a plus.
