Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to leaders, connecting the People agenda to business priorities and driving organizational performance.
Responsible for translating strategy into people plans, leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession, and culture initiatives.
Support critical decisions on structure, movements, and sensitive situations (retention, terminations, restructurings), ensuring a humane and results-oriented approach.
Monitor people metrics and generate insights to enable data-driven decision making.
Prepare analytical reports and people dashboards to support area decisions.
Monitor the monthly personnel budget, conducting critical analyses and projections to inform financial decisions.
Design and execute the people work plan.
Serve as the HR point of contact, resolving general requests and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as an HRBP in complex environments with interaction with senior leadership.
Soft skills: Ability to influence without formal authority, systemic thinking, executive communication, courage for difficult conversations, and a strong results orientation.
Technical skills: People analytics, performance and change management, organizational design.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. MBA in People Management or Business is desirable.
Languages: English is a plus.
