About the role

  • Design and execute strategies that help Salla merchants increase their ROAS, conversions, and sales growth across all channels.
  • Develop and manage growth playbooks, templates, and campaigns that merchants can easily activate from within the Salla Ads platform.
  • Identify high-potential merchants and craft tailored performance strategies to scale their results.
  • Own full-funnel performance marketing strategy (awareness → conversion → retention) for Salla Ads and merchant campaigns.
  • Lead the optimization of merchant ad performance through advanced targeting, automation, and creative excellence.
  • Build and manage a team of performance marketers focused on merchant acquisition, retention, and ad spend growth.
  • Analyze campaign data to extract insights that drive actionable recommendations for merchants and internal teams.
  • Establish ROAS benchmarks and continuously optimize towards lower CAC and higher revenue impact.
  • Work with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver measurable results for merchants using Salla Ads.
  • Partner with platform teams (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Google) to launch co-marketing programs and optimize ad integrations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or user acquisition, ideally in e-commerce or AdTech.
  • Proven success improving ROAS, CAC, and LTV through data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat,Google Ads, etc.).
  • Deep analytical mindset — ability to interpret complex data and translate it into simple actions for merchants.
  • Experience leading teams and managing multi-million SAR ad budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are a strong
