About the role

  • Human Resources Assistant handling employee benefits validation and admission processes at Rentokil Initial. Supporting document management and internal client interaction in a global service company.

Responsibilities

  • Send spreadsheet validating benefits (meal voucher/food voucher - VR/VA and transportation - VT)
  • Manage health plan enrollments and cancellations
  • Manage time and attendance system
  • Manage onboarding/admission process
  • Manage and schedule pre-employment, periodic and exit occupational health exams (ASOs) for employees
  • Support and maintain up-to-date employee files (physical and digital), call employees for document signing and provide service to internal clients
  • Register requisitions (e.g., uniforms, company shuttle) and orders in Navision (e.g., VA, VR, etc.)

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Suite)
