Responsibilities
Deliver a consistent world-class customer experience
Maintain strong relationships to increase adoption, loyalty and satisfaction
Onboard new customers and ensure that they are set up for success and achieve their desired outcomes through product overviews and training session
Drive usage and advise on product updates and best practices
Provide technical guidance and recommendation
Proactively identify, address and manage customer issues
Provide high-level technical and product support to resolve technical matters
Act as the voice of the customer
Prioritize customer feedback with the Product team and contribute to the product roadmap
Build customer testimonials and referrals
Set up and maintain account plans for all key customers with a focus on customer growth
Increase renewal rates, reduce churn, and identify upselling and expansion opportunities
Ensure data quality in our CRM (HubSpot)
Requirements
Has a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Growth driven Customer Success or in a similar customer-facing role
Owned revenue responsibility and customer growth for 2+ years
Experience with managing M365; Microsoft certification is a plus
English at native-level proficiency. Other language skills are a plus
Is willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technical environment
Feels confident in an environment of hands-on operations as well as creative thinking
Is a true team player
Demonstrates a "going the extra mile" mindset with a customer centric approach.
Has empathy and the ability to understand and meet the customer’s needs
Is highly organized, self-driven and able to multi-task
