About the role

  • Senior Customer Success Manager focused on customer tech experience and growth with Rencore. Onboarding customers, ensuring satisfaction, and managing relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistent world-class customer experience
  • Maintain strong relationships to increase adoption, loyalty and satisfaction
  • Onboard new customers and ensure that they are set up for success and achieve their desired outcomes through product overviews and training session
  • Drive usage and advise on product updates and best practices
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendation
  • Proactively identify, address and manage customer issues
  • Provide high-level technical and product support to resolve technical matters
  • Act as the voice of the customer
  • Prioritize customer feedback with the Product team and contribute to the product roadmap
  • Build customer testimonials and referrals
  • Set up and maintain account plans for all key customers with a focus on customer growth
  • Increase renewal rates, reduce churn, and identify upselling and expansion opportunities
  • Ensure data quality in our CRM (HubSpot)

Requirements

  • Has a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Growth driven Customer Success or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Owned revenue responsibility and customer growth for 2+ years
  • Experience with managing M365; Microsoft certification is a plus
  • English at native-level proficiency. Other language skills are a plus
  • Is willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Feels confident in an environment of hands-on operations as well as creative thinking
  • Is a true team player
  • Demonstrates a "going the extra mile" mindset with a customer centric approach.
  • Has empathy and the ability to understand and meet the customer’s needs
  • Is highly organized, self-driven and able to multi-task
  • Able to establish and cultivate positive connections with customers and colleagues
  • Can address, communicate and resolve disagreements effectively
  • Nice to have: Experienced with MEDDIC Sales methodology
