About the role

  • Director of VinSolutions CRM at Cox Automotive, leading strategic initiatives for CRM growth and cross-functional execution. Responsible for managing teams and driving enterprise-wide execution with dealer value at core.

Responsibilities

  • Inform the multi‑year and annual strategic roadmap for VinSolutions Core CRM
  • Translate market trends, competitive insights, and dealer feedback into actionable strategy
  • Partner with enterprise data and AI teams to embed advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI‑driven workflows into CRM capabilities
  • Drive disciplined execution of the CRM operating plan across matrix organizations
  • Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to track impact, adoption, and performance of CRM initiatives
  • Convert strategic vision into detailed roadmaps, investment plans, and execution milestones
  • Build strong relationships to foster shared ownership of CRM outcomes
  • Lead business performance insights, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market differentiation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • 10 years experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience leading strategy or product portfolios in complex organizations
  • Demonstrated success driving large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without formal authority
  • Strong execution discipline with a track record of delivering strategic outcomes
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and data-driven decision‑making capabilities
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clarity in fast-moving environments
  • Working knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) preferred
  • Dealer, OEM or automotive client experience preferred
