Responsibilities
Inform the multi‑year and annual strategic roadmap for VinSolutions Core CRM
Translate market trends, competitive insights, and dealer feedback into actionable strategy
Partner with enterprise data and AI teams to embed advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI‑driven workflows into CRM capabilities
Drive disciplined execution of the CRM operating plan across matrix organizations
Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to track impact, adoption, and performance of CRM initiatives
Convert strategic vision into detailed roadmaps, investment plans, and execution milestones
Build strong relationships to foster shared ownership of CRM outcomes
Lead business performance insights, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market differentiation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
10 years experience in a related field
5+ years of leadership experience leading strategy or product portfolios in complex organizations
Demonstrated success driving large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives from strategy through execution
Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without formal authority
Strong execution discipline with a track record of delivering strategic outcomes
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and data-driven decision‑making capabilities
Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clarity in fast-moving environments
Working knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) preferred
Dealer, OEM or automotive client experience preferred
