Responsibilities
Support in the strategic and operational planning for deploying our software products at customer sites
Develop solutions to train customers in using our products and to integrate our software
Further develop the infrastructure for our Customer Success team (expanding the ticketing system, training plans/materials, knowledge base, FAQs, etc.)
Communicate and coordinate customer requests with our product team
Assist in training user groups at customer sites
Requirements
Student (m/f/d) in Engineering, Business Administration, (Project) Management, Communications, Business Analytics, Consulting, Sales, or a related field / professional experience in this area
Initial experience with agile project management and the Scrum framework / project management software
Enthusiasm for inspiring customers with innovative AI software and helping to shape related projects
Independent and organized working style with strong communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 10% (within Germany and Europe)
Very good German and English skills (intercultural competence)
