About the role

  • Customer Service Agent supporting energy companies in Germany with a focus on customer inquiries and assistance. Handling situations involving contracts, tariffs, and service requests with professional training.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries — by phone and in writing
  • Answering questions about contracts, tariffs and invoices
  • Assisting with supplier switches and electricity/gas connections
  • Working as part of the customer service team

Requirements

  • Motivation and willingness to learn during our initial basic training
  • Quality and empathy are essential
  • Ability to assist customers effectively on the first phone call
  • Enjoyment of the work — it comes across in your voice
  • Conscientious and goal-oriented approach to completing tasks
