Responsibilities

  • Daily active prospecting via the company's Instagram Direct messages
  • Responding to and qualifying inbound leads
  • Conducting sales meetings and closing deals
  • Proactive scheduling and confirmation of meetings to reduce no-shows
  • Structured, persistent, and professional follow-up
  • Rigorous organization and upkeep of the CRM
  • Management of commercial data and metrics
  • Thorough lead qualification
  • Reporting KPIs such as conversion rates, meetings, and average deal value
  • Ongoing alignment with marketing and leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • 2–3 years of sales experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Assertive, confident, and proactive profile
  • Emotional resilience and goal-oriented focus
  • Sales agility and discipline
  • Completion of Full Sales System course or other relevant sales training
  • Experience with consultative selling or high-ticket services
