  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments and levels;

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection;
  • Experience with sourcing/hunting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter);
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with strategic business awareness;
  • Experience recruiting in industrial/manufacturing environments;
  • Knowledge of Gupy, SAP, and Power BI.
