About the role
- Recruiter for IT talents focused on LinkedIn at Heringer Consulting GmbH in Cologne. Handling the entire recruiting process and supporting HR tasks as needed in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Aktives Recruiting über LinkedIn (Active Sourcing, Direktansprache, Talentpools)
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung zielgerichteter Such- und Ansprache-Strategien für IT-Profile
- Eigenständige Steuerung des Recruiting-Prozesses: von der Anforderung bis zur Vertragsunterschrift
- Enge Abstimmung mit Geschäftsführung und Fachbereichen zu Anforderungsprofilen
- Pflege und Ausbau eines nachhaltigen Kandidatennetzwerks
- Vertretung der HR-Generalistin bei Abwesenheit, z. B.: Unterstützung bei administrativen HR-Themen oder Begleitung von Onboarding-Prozessen
- Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei operativen HR-Fragen
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise im IT- oder Tech-Umfeld
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im LinkedIn Recruiting / Active Sourcing
- Gutes Verständnis für IT-Rollen, insbesondere im Umfeld Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und verbindliche Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch (mindestens C1), Englisch von Vorteil
- HR-Generalisten-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
