Junior HR Analyst in São Paulo focusing on Diversity & Inclusion projects. Contributing to various levels of complexity in organizational projects.
Responsibilities
Participate in projects of varying levels of complexity, contributing from needs diagnosis through to execution;
Autonomously lead smaller initiatives, such as internal awareness/education actions (e.g., organizing materials, defining format, logistics, and calendar);
Gather data, background, and information from different areas to understand the main pain points, risks, or opportunities related to diversity topics;
Analyze figures, indicators, and context to support decisions, prioritize demands, and recommend interventions;
Based on defined objectives, structure the activities and necessary steps, organizing sequence, timeline, owners, and resources;
Define which topics will be addressed in each initiative and who should be engaged for support or execution, as well as develop clear, realistic action plans aligned with business needs;
Provide operational support (e.g., inquiries about people with disabilities, quota rules, offboarding processes) and handle other topics on demand;
Define success indicators for each initiative and monitor results;
Analyze the impact of implemented actions and propose improvements for future cycles;
Research diversity and inclusion topics, even without being a specialist, identifying reliable sources and paths for deeper study;
Monitor trends, legal changes, and best practices that may be relevant to the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Pedagogy, or related fields;
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
Basic knowledge of Power BI;
Prior experience in leading and executing projects is desirable;
Knowledge of diversity and inclusion is a plus;
Availability to work in São Paulo, SP in a hybrid model (3 days on-site and 2 days remote), with a 44-hour workweek.
