About the role

  • Sales Executive managing client relationships and analyzing sales indicators at Alpargatas. Focus on commercial planning and execution in the Distributor channel.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing relationships with customers within the area/channel of operation for Alpargatas products;
  • Monitor and analyze commercial indicators (sell-in, sell-out, distribution/placement and visibility) and product sales performance, carrying out commercial planning, field visits and implementation of the Trade cycle;
  • Strong focus on follow-up and execution with Distributor Channel clients and their customers;
  • Plan weekly/monthly visit schedules and routes to Alpargatas customers;
  • Conduct commercial planning with the clients under your management;
  • Enter and monitor orders placed by customers;
  • Conduct competitor, trend and market behavior research, monitor product sales performance, propose creative solutions to improve results, and strengthen customer relationships;
  • Capture insights using market monitoring tools (Accera / Mtrix / Neogrid / Scanntech).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Experience in consumer goods companies is a plus;
  • Availability for travel and frequent client visits;
  • Based in Salvador or Vitória da Conquista;
