Responsibilities

  • Own your territory and turn outbound effort into real revenue growth.
  • Sell a genuinely differentiated AI-powered innovation intelligence platform
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales targets and core performance metrics.
  • Build and run your own pipeline end-to-end, with accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Thrive in a high-volume, outbound-led environment — creating pipeline through disciplined, multi-channel prospecting rather than relying on inbound.
  • Turn consistent activity into qualified opportunities through sharp discovery and value-driven conversations.
  • Run tight sales cycles across phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings, adapting your approach to different stakeholders.
  • Become an expert in PatSnap’s platform and the IP software market, using insight to sell with confidence.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of 360° sales experience in solution selling, and a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Confident in high-volume outbound outreach; from cold calling to pipeline building and engaging prospects.
  • Have a Life Sciences background, either through education or hands-on sales experience.
  • Communicate clearly, present persuasively, and have the leadership presence to influence decision-makers.
  • Successfully engaged senior stakeholders and navigated complex sales cycles.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in Innovation/IP solutions or speak an additional language.
  • You’re hungry to grow, excited by complex sales, and motivated to make a real impact in Life Sciences.
