Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end Campus and Lateral recruitment process for DNA including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection
Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and advise on hiring strategies accordingly.
Building candidate pipeline using various channels including direct sourcing efforts, direct applications, employee referral program
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract the best talent.
Manage communications with candidates, acting as the ‘face of the company’ to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Requirements
5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on campus recruitment for Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Analytics Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics roles
Experience working in professional services or other client-driven multinational environments.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) – Workday is preferred.
Strong MS Office skills – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
