Responsibilities
Supports business objectives by providing proactive and creative solutions and processes for attracting and recruiting talent
Proactively designs sourcing strategies and solutions that that attract and recruit passive talent that meet current and future business needs and talent strategies
Uses various tools, technologies and strategies to source prospective job applicants
Manages candidates and prospects for effective pipeline generation
Gathers and reports out on talent sourcing data and competitive intelligence
Leverages HR technology resources to gather leads, assess qualifications, refer quality leads and support measurement on performance objectives
Builds relationships with pipeline candidates
Leads effective strategic sourcing of diversified talent pools through consultation of line of business partners and HR representation
Manages and maintains relationships with external recruiting agencies when engaged to support sourcing activities
