About the role

  • Talent Sourcer Senior in PNC's Talent Acquisition team with a focus on sourcing candidates for the mortgage industry. Designing innovative talent strategies and managing corporate outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Supports business objectives by providing proactive and creative solutions and processes for attracting and recruiting talent
  • Proactively designs sourcing strategies and solutions that that attract and recruit passive talent that meet current and future business needs and talent strategies
  • Uses various tools, technologies and strategies to source prospective job applicants
  • Manages candidates and prospects for effective pipeline generation
  • Gathers and reports out on talent sourcing data and competitive intelligence
  • Leverages HR technology resources to gather leads, assess qualifications, refer quality leads and support measurement on performance objectives
  • Builds relationships with pipeline candidates
  • Leads effective strategic sourcing of diversified talent pools through consultation of line of business partners and HR representation
  • Manages and maintains relationships with external recruiting agencies when engaged to support sourcing activities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience

  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
