- Más de 2 años en Sourcing o TA, incluyendo liderazgo.
- Experiencia atrayendo perfiles tecnológicos.
- Dominio de Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM y herramientas de automatización.
- Enfoque analítico, pensamiento estratégico y excelentes habilidades de comunicación y coaching.
