Experiencia atrayendo perfiles tecnológicos.
Dominio de Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM y herramientas de automatización.
Enfoque analítico, pensamiento estratégico y excelentes habilidades de comunicación y coaching.
