About the role

  • Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor overseeing talent acquisition for Truck Service recruiting efforts. Manage recruitment processes, metrics and collaborate with hiring managers while attending various recruitment events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals
  • Serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for hiring managers in truck service
  • Liaise across the US talent acquisition team to ensure efficient hiring experiences
  • Work to hire hard to fill roles and develop hiring campaigns
  • Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process for site-based truck service roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers on scheduling & interviewing candidates
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the success of hiring strategies
  • Attend in-market events, job fairs, and acquisitions to assist with onboarding

Requirements

  • Recruiting experience
  • Field recruiting experience a plus
  • PC proficiency with emphasis on Windows-based Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong people skills required to positively impact cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Strong understanding of in Market employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and talent mapping
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging passive candidates
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in ATS and job boards
