Responsibilities
Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals
Serve as the primary recruiting contact for hiring managers
Work to hire hard to fill roles and develop hiring campaigns
Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process for all site-based operations roles
Partner closely with hiring managers on scheduling & interviewing candidates
Oversee the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success of hiring strategies
Requirements
Recruiting experience
Field recruiting experience a plus
PC proficiency with emphasis on Windows-based Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong people skills required to positively impact cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills required
Strong understanding of in Market employment laws and regulations
