About the role

  • Recruiter conducting high-volume phone screens and structured interviews for CBIZ Inc. Collaborating with HR and hiring managers while building talent communities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume phone screens and structured interviews; assess against calibrated, job-related criteria.
  • Provide timely candidate communication at every stage; ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Build and nurture talent communities/referral networks; engage past applicants for new openings.
  • Collaborate with HR and Hiring Managers on headcount plans, schedules, and start date coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience preferred or High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of recruiting experience
  • Working knowledge of the public accounting or a professional services firm is desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
