Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with editorial, product, and data teams
  • Segment audiences using behavioural and lifecycle data
  • Run A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
  • Design scalable lifecycle and engagement frameworks
  • Translate insights into strategic decisions
  • Drive consistency across markets while enabling local relevance
  • Apply basic technical skills to enable CRM execution

Requirements

  • A strategic CRM thinker with a hands-on mindset
  • Experience in subscription-based or recurring-revenue businesses
  • Strong understanding of data-driven decision making
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and automation, particularly Braze as our main CRM tool
  • Good technical proficiency with SQL for segmentation and HTML for email formatting
  • Editorial sensitivity and user-first thinking
  • Comfortable working across markets and cultures
  • Curious, experimental, and continuously learning
  • Clear and collaborative communicator
