Requirements
A strategic CRM thinker with a hands-on mindset
Experience in subscription-based or recurring-revenue businesses
Strong understanding of data-driven decision making
Working knowledge of CRM tools and automation, particularly Braze as our main CRM tool
Good technical proficiency with SQL for segmentation and HTML for email formatting
Editorial sensitivity and user-first thinking
Comfortable working across markets and cultures
