Responsibilities

Requirements
Ervaring in Customer Success, account- of projectmanagement binnen een (SaaS)- of digital bureauomgeving
Begrip van SEO-processen, met name lokaal en data-gedreven werken
Sterk analytisch vermogen om data te interpreteren en om te zetten naar klantimpact
Overtuigende en zakelijke communicatiestijl
Proactieve houding met oog voor escalatie-preventie
